1. There are 2 bracelet grades, what is the difference between them?
Common Grade: It is high quality bracelet, plated with real gold, much better them most other replicas on the internet.
AAA Grade: This is the Deluxe version, plated with more real gold than the Common Grade, and has better workmanship.

2. Does the bracelet come with Free Jewelry box and papers?

3. Is the bracelet shape round or oval?
It is oval as the original Cartier Love Bracelet.
4. Is the bracelet color shinny or matte?
It is shinny.
5. What metal is under the gold & silver and does it change color?
The bracelets are made of stainless steel, and plated with real gold (yellow gold, rose gold and white gold), it will not change color.
6. Can you please send me some actual photos?
Our products are the same as the photos on our website; you will receive what you see.

3. Will I receive a tracking number?

4. Where are you located and the orders shipping from?
