See how it all began." --- # Delivering Custom-Engineered Magnetics Since 1953 ## A Legacy of Quality Custom Magnetics Control Transformer, Inc., a Park Ohio company, was founded on one simple principle: We will only build quality products. This dedication to excellence fueled our growth from a small business to a global leader in custom-engineered magnetic solutions. Our [commitment to quality](https://www.control-transformer.com/about/our-quality-commitment?hsLang=en) remains the foundation of everything we do. Today, we continue to deliver precise, reliable and innovative solutions that meet the complex demands of customers [across industries](https://www.control-transformer.com/industries?hsLang=en). ## Built on Dedication & Craftsmanship It began with hard work. In 1953, Mr. Oscar Bowden started Control Transformer in his garage supplying transformers to Reliance Electric Corporation, in Euclid, Ohio. As a one-man operation, Mr. Bowden was committed to excellence, knowing you will never live down the reputation of a poorly designed and manufactured product. As the company grew, so did the founding team’s vision: Creating custom [transformers](https://www.control-transformer.com/products/transformers?hsLang=en), [reactors](https://www.control-transformer.com/products/reactors?hsLang=en), [inductors](https://www.control-transformer.com/products/inductors?hsLang=en) and [chokes](https://www.control-transformer.com/products/chokes?hsLang=en) to meet specific client needs. ![custom air cooled transformers](https://www.control-transformer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/air-cooled-transformers.jpg?width=900&height=629&name=air-cooled-transformers.jpg) ## The Principles We’ve Valued Since the Beginning ![check-icon](https://www.control-transformer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/check-icon.png?width=69&height=69&name=check-icon.png) #### Customer-Centric Solutions ** Each product is tailored for form, fit and function. ** ![check-icon](https://www.control-transformer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/check-icon.png?width=69&height=69&name=check-icon.png) #### Technical Precision ** We ensure the highest level of performance. ** ![check-icon](https://www.control-transformer.com/hs-fs/hubfs/check-icon.png?width=69&height=69&name=check-icon.png) #### Durability and Reliability ** We build rugged products that stand the test of time. ** #### H4 Header - #### [Question goes here.](https://www.control-transformer.com/about/our-history#) Lorem ipsum dolor amet aesthetic photo booth activated charcoal occupy iPhone schlitz squid.
